Luxury Picnics
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our luxury picnic services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions
"Us", "we", "our", or "the company" refers to QBIC Luxury Picnics LLC providing the picnic services.
"You" or "the customer" refers to the person, firm, or company using our luxury picnic services.
2. Reservation and Payment
a. To make a reservation, you must provide a valid email address, phone number, and a valid credit card or debit card.
b. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
c. A deposit may be required for certain packages. The deposit will be returned if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled picnic.
3. Luxury Picnic Packages
a. We offer a range of luxury picnic packages, including different types of food, drinks, and decorations.
b. Each luxury picnic package has a specified minimum and maximum number of guests. Additional guests may be added subject to availability and additional charges.
c. Any changes to the luxury picnic package must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled picnic.

4. Picnic Location
a. You must provide us with a suitable location for the picnic or choose from our offered locations, including any necessary permits or permissions.
b. We reserve the right to refuse to set up an experience in a location that is unsafe, unsuitable, or unclean.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
a. Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled picnic for a full refund.
6. Liability and Insurance
a. You assume all risks associated with the use of our luxury picnic services and agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our luxury picnic services.

7. Termination
a. We may terminate the picnic services at any time if you breach any of the terms and conditions.
b. Upon termination, you must immediately vacate the picnic location and return any rented equipment or decorations.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the picnic services are provided.
b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
9. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. No amendment or modification to these terms and conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

Rentals
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our rental services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Reservation and Payment
a. To make a reservation, you must provide a valid email address, phone number, and a valid credit card or debit card.
b. Payment is required at the time of reservation. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
c. A deposit may be required for certain rentals. The deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period, provided that the rental item is returned in the same condition it was rented in.
3. Rental Period
a. The rental period begins at the time the rental item is picked up or delivered and ends at the time the rental item is returned.
b. Late returns will be charged at an hourly or daily rate based on the rental agreement
b. Early returns will not result in a refund of any rental fees paid.
4. Use of Rental Item
a. The rental item may only be used for the purposes for which it was intended. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
b. You are responsible for the safe and proper use of the rental item.
c. You are responsible for any damage to the rental item during the rental period, and will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
a. Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the start of the rental period for a full refund.
b. No refunds will be given for early returns or unused rental time.
