You might be asking yourself, "What is QBIC?" Well, it originated from combining Isaac's nickname for Sabena, QB (Queen Bean), and his initials, IC (Isaac Carter.) One idea to plan a picnic for our 2nd wedding anniversary turned into an opportunity to bring something new to the Sioux Falls area! Quality time with friends, one-on-one time for couples, and celebrating special occasions in the QBIC way.
